Chinese Pepper Steak with Onions

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb beef strips (thinly sliced round steaks, cut into strips)
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into thick slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thick slices
  • 1/2 onion, thickly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Thinly slice round steaks into strips for a total of 1.5 lbs.
    • Cut green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion into thick slices.
  2. Season Beef and Vegetables:
    • Place beef strips, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and sliced onion in an electric pressure cooker.
