Description

  • 1 cup beer
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked. Break it into crumbles as it cooks. Once done, set the sausage aside.
  2. Heat the Beer: In a large saucepan, pour in the beer and bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Gradually melt the softened cream cheese into the beer, stirring continuously until smooth.
  3. Add Cheeses: Slowly add the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheeses to the saucepan, stirring constantly until all the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Stir in the milk, flour, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Continue to cook and stir until the dip is thickened and well combined.
  5. Add Sausage: Add the cooked sausage to the cheese mixture and stir until the sausage is evenly distributed throughout the dip.
