Description

These Quick and Easy Steak Bites are perfect for a simple yet satisfying meal. Tender pieces of sirloin steak are seared to perfection in butter, creating a flavorful and juicy dish that’s ready in minutes.

 


Ingredients

  • 3 pounds top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup, 113g) unsalted butter, divided if necessary

Instructions

  1. Season steak: Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Sear in batches: Melt butter in a large skillet (cast iron is recommended) over high heat. Working in batches if necessary, add steak cubes in a single layer to the hot skillet.
  3. Cook: Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until browned and crispy on the outside and cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Serve: Serve immediately.
