- 1 stick (1/2 cup, 113g) unsalted butter, divided if necessary
Instructions
- Season steak: Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sear in batches: Melt butter in a large skillet (cast iron is recommended) over high heat. Working in batches if necessary, add steak cubes in a single layer to the hot skillet.
