- 48 oz almond bark or white chocolate
- 2 family-sized packages Golden Double Stuf Oreos1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Green food coloring
- Heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt Almond Bark: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond bark and coconut oil in 30-second increments until melted and smooth.
- Color the Almond Bark: Add 8-10 drops of green food coloring to the melted almond bark at a time until you reach your desired shade of green.
- Coat the Oreos: Using a fork, coat Oreos in the green almond bark and let the excess drip off before placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to dry/cool completely.
- Decorate: Drizzle remaining almond bark over the coated Oreos and place a heart sprinkle on each cookie.
- Cool and Enjoy: Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Working in Batches: Work in batches to prevent the almond bark from hardening too quickly. Melt half the almond bark at a time, and when drizzling the extra almond bark, only do 3-4 cookies at a time before adding the heart sprinkles. This will ensure the heart sprinkles stick properly.
- Food Coloring: Gel food coloring will give you a more vibrant green color than liquid food coloring.
- Storage: Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
