KFC Biscuits


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons white granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chilled butter (salted)
  • 2/3 cup milk


  1. Preheat Oven:

  8. Arrange on Baking Sheet:
    • Arrange the biscuit dough on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake:
    • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits have risen and turned a golden brown.

    • Serve the biscuits immediately, or place them on a counter or serving dish until ready to serve.
