  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 9 oz canned mandarin orange sections – drained and patted dry with a paper towel

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a round pizza pan by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
