- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1 milk chocolate bar, broken into pieces
Instructions
- Melt Chocolate: Place the chocolate chips or broken chocolate bar pieces into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is completely melted, being careful not to burn it.
- Coat Beans: Remove the melted chocolate from the microwave and stir in the espresso beans until they are fully coated with the chocolate.
- Separate Beans: Using a fork, remove each chocolate-covered espresso bean individually and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure the beans do not touch each other.
- Repeat: Continue removing and placing the beans until all are coated and laid out on the baking sheet.
- Set Chocolate: Allow the beans to cool and set at room temperature or speed up the process by chilling the baking sheet in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
