- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 jar Tostitos Salsa Con Queso
- 1 can potato soup (10.75 oz)
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 1 can fire-roasted diced green chilies (4 oz)
- 1 1/4 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup pinto beans or black beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
- Brown Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain if needed.
- Season Beef: Add taco seasoning and water, cook until water is absorbed.
- Combine Ingredients: Put taco meat in a Dutch oven or large pot. Add the jar of salsa, can of soup, sour cream, and both broths, stirring well until sour cream is melted in.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Add the diced chilies, corn, and pinto beans or black beans. Stir well.
- Heat Through: Bring to a boil to heat well, then reduce heat and serve or simmer until ready to eat, stirring often.
- Serve: Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos. Add jalapeños to your bowl for an extra kick! Enjoy!

- Ground Beef: You can use any type of ground meat you like, such as ground turkey or chicken.
- Beans: You can use either pinto beans or black beans for this recipe.
