Cheeseburger Quesadillas are a delicious twist on a classic cheeseburger, combining all the flavors you love in a quesadilla format. These cheesy, beefy quesadillas are served with a special sauce and a refreshing wedge salad for a complete meal.

For the special sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the quesadillas:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 24 dill pickle chips (optional)
For the wedge salads:
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce, cored and cut into 4 wedges
- 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
Instructions
- To make the special sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- To make the quesadillas: Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and cooked through. Drain well. Add tortillas to a skillet, top with cheese, beef, and pickles. Fold in half and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- To make the wedge salads: Place one wedge of Iceberg on each plate and top with shallots and tomatoes. Drizzle with sauce. Serve with extra sauce on the side if desired.

- You can customize these quesadillas with your favorite cheese or toppings.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning of the special sauce to suit your taste.
- For a lighter version, you can use ground turkey instead of beef.
