Description

Brazilian Lemonade is a refreshing tropical drink made with fresh limes, sweetened condensed milk, and water. This easy-to-make beverage combines the tartness of lime with creamy sweetness, perfect for cooling down on a hot day or serving at gatherings.

  • 5 limes
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice, as needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the limes: Slice 4 of the limes into 8 wedges each. These lime wedges will be used to infuse the lemonade with bright and zesty flavors.
  2. Blend the ingredients: Add the sliced limes, 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk, and 4 cups of water to a blender. Blend for no more than 15 seconds to avoid bitterness from the lime rinds.
  3. Strain the juice: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher filled with ice. This step removes lime pulp and seeds, leaving a smooth, refreshing drink.
  4. Add extra lime flavor: Slice the remaining lime in half and squeeze the juice directly into the pitcher for an added burst of lime essence.

Notes

  • You can adjust sweetness by adding more condensed milk or a little sugar if desired.
