Instructions
- Preheat and prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Make gravy: Prepare sausage gravy according to your preferred recipe.
- Whisk eggs: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, seasoned salt (if using), and hot sauce (if using).
- Cut biscuits: Cut each biscuit into six pieces.
- Layer ingredients: Place biscuit pieces in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Pour egg mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Pour sausage gravy over the top.
- Bake: Bake for 30-40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 5-10 more minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

- You can add other seasonings to the eggs, such as onion powder, garlic powder, or Cajun seasoning.
