Banana Chips:
- 2 medium green DOLEยฎ Bananas, peeled
- 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 DOLEยฎ Lemon, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
- Vegan nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare the Bananas: Freeze bananas for 20 minutes. Stir sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Air Fry the Bananas: Preheat air fryer to 325ยฐF for 5 minutes. Cut 1 banana diagonally into โ -inch-thick slices; brush both sides of slices with lemon juice. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray; place banana in a single layer in the basket and spray with cooking spray. Air fry banana for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning once; transfer to wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining banana.
- Coat with Cinnamon Sugar: Transfer banana chips to a large bowl; spray with nonstick cooking spray and toss with sugar mixture. Makes about 48 chips.
