Banana Chips:

  • 2 medium green DOLEยฎ Bananas, peeled
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 DOLEยฎ Lemon, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • Vegan nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bananas: Freeze bananas for 20 minutes. Stir sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Air Fry the Bananas: Preheat air fryer to 325ยฐF for 5 minutes. Cut 1 banana diagonally into โ…›-inch-thick slices; brush both sides of slices with lemon juice. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray; place banana in a single layer in the basket and spray with cooking spray. Air fry banana for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning once; transfer to wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining banana.
  3. Coat with Cinnamon Sugar: Transfer banana chips to a large bowl; spray with nonstick cooking spray and toss with sugar mixture. Makes about 48 chips.
