These Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon Bites are a quick and easy appetizer or snack that’s perfect for any occasion. They’re made with bite-sized pieces of salmon that are seasoned and air-fried to crispy perfection, then tossed in a creamy and spicy bang bang sauce.

- 1 1/2 pounds salmon, skin removed, cut into 1-inch bites
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Make bang bang sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Mix well and set aside.
- Prepare salmon: Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add salmon bites and toss to coat.
- Air fry: Place salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F.
- Toss with sauce: Transfer salmon to a plate and toss with the bang bang sauce.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with chives and serve immediately.

- Adjust the amount of Sriracha to your desired level of spiciness.
